Today is my first day of Velocity, woke up and walked a 5k, then walked to work, will be at the gym after work..... solid food one meal a week the rest is all protein and supplements.

fit Bunneh gettin FIT!!!

I just finished a good chest,shoulder,tri + Ab ripper X workout.. now im enjoying some lovely recovery drink =] this is sooo good

Yeah that is no good. It is going to be a long time until I drink again. Oh well and I was getting back to drinking after all the shit that has happened.

Velocity diet , its a crazy cutting diet. I am used to being around 165-175 and slender. I hurt my back in November and stopped going to the gym and quit eating right got up to the largest I have ever been 215 back down to about 190 right now but trying to get back into my normal range of weight.

135 march of last year.....down to 105 in September. Up to 115 now. Winning!!!!

Jk I was happy at 135.

I was happier and healthy at 135. Skinner is not always healthy.
