Discovery has been officially placed on it's own wheels and Enterprise has been removed from the Sithsonian.

I clicked on the link for the cameras @ the Smithsonian, but the cams seem to be inop right now.

Guess we'll go off of your play-by-play unless some news outlet features the transfer.

A buddy and coworker's brother was Commander Rick Husband. Was there for his first flight on STS-96 Discovery and for his last STS-107 Columbia
Still get a lump in the throat. Spaceflight is not hazard free.Mistakes were made.:(Won't go any further.

Yikes.. That's horrible. :( It's a shame that some heros have to lose their lives in order for space travel to progress.

Is Rick the voice you can hear before Columbia broke up?

I was hoping that too. :( After 30 years of the program they never got a group picture of all of them.
