so true... I think they did a horrible job with the design aspect of the new viper... ugly IMO. I do like the headlights, taillights, and rims tho

I'll say it again, ZR1 hehe

It just lost the identity it had before. Now it looks like a Corvette, combined with parts of a 599 and an AM Vantage. I don't like it. Maybe once I see it in person I'll change my mind, but I doubt it. I'll take an 09 ACR any day over the new one.

Serious borderline performance car it puts up numbers as good or better than most supercars. But back to the OP question it is a hard decision cause caues being able to mod both cars is awesome but are u gonna drive both and are u gonna make each one different like one a track car for roadcourse and one for the strip? To me A Zr1 is kinda both it handles great is quick in a straight line and can be daily driven. But its ur money and only u know what u really want.

Keep the Z06 and mod it, you will have one hell of a ride in your hands then. I'm jealous!

The ZR1 out performs "supercars" for half the price...not quite sure what you mean by that statement.

Zr1 for sure. I've been in modded z06s and vipers and a lot of other stuff. Just took my first rip in a zr1 today. Trust me......zr1

For the record by Vipers I obviously don't mean the 2013 like ppl are suggesting you buy lol

I meant borderline in terms of reputation. Dress a vette up however you want but if you're going for "this is the only car of it's kind in my city" status the zr1 falls short of the lambos, ferraris, and bugattis of the world. And by performance per dollar a Z06 plus 40 grand will blow the doors off a zr1. Just my 2 cents and it's not my choice or money but the op did request opinions.

Ummn Ive personally only have seen two Zr1's since they have been out in my area so i think its pretty exclusive. Ive seen more ferraris and lambos than a Zr1 hell even Audi R8s as well even Aston martins. But i will say ive never seen a bugatti here.

I'd like to discover new dimensions - the only way you can warp time is with a ZR1.

But that's just me.

You have to compare stock to stock. If you start saying "x car with x amount of money in mods stuck into it will beat car y" then it all comes down to a persons wallet...shit I could make a civic spank a Lambo or ferrari for no where near the price of them lol
