It is making a nocking sound when I am going from a complete stop in first to second, but if I pop it in neutral it stops the nocking sound, it also does it if I am driving and I pick up speed or slow down. Sounds like either a clutch issue or a gear in the trans

I have noticed my car has been rocking way to much when I shift. I thought it was because I was shifting poorly but maybe that could be it

Yes it has been rocking even when I know for sure my shifting was not poorly done

This will be Hard to explain, but I'll try. It's your foot rocking on the gas pedal, which starts the car jerking/rocking, which makes your foot rock more, which makes the car jerk/rock more and so on. Change the way you support your foot on the gas pedal.
