Me and Chris started our little wager. I'm officially in loss mode. I've always been able to lose easy. Piece of cake.

Was at 218 monday morning, then went to bill batemans all you can eat wings monday night at least i didnt eat 50 this time, only had 29 been dieting and doing extra workouts since. im on spring break now wanted to hit 215 before i go back to school on tuesday i think i should still be able to hit it.

I would love to know how much i could be down if i did not cheat every weekend and gain like two pounds back. but i must say its been a little over 4 months and I am down 87 pounds at 218 so far. Applebees has been a big part of my diet as well throughout this process

Welcome aboard! Great pics of a great looking couple. Congrats to you both. And if I may say so Dayumm! You are looking good! I bet that lady of yours is loving drooling over that bod. If you hang around here she better get used to us doing the same! Keep up the good work! Feel free to chime in & give us any good ideas you have so we can do as well as you have.

Sadly you can't out workout bad eating or we would all be fit as can be! Just keep trucking babe, you'll get there. Youre pretty close! Applebees I've heard has a great low fat menu so I've been told. 87lbs is a big change.

I'm just happy of how much better I feel. I have about 10 weeks to go until I've finished my overall goal .... thats also pretty much the week of our wedding Hopefully I'll make it. My only goal is to lose another 10 - 15 pounds. I really don't like being as big as I am. The hardest part for me is losing the muscle .... it seems like its harder to lose than anything else. My wife to be loves making fun of me for how I have a "booty" .... anyways thanks for the encouragement and good luck to everyone with there goals!

Hey BadgeBunny I'm at the TX Mile watching my friends set records. Where are you!?

My boy Karl Shello hit 198.2 today and my boy Sam hit 189.2.

Challengers are FAST.

protein is always good!

Awww that stinks.

Well, both my guys met their goals.

Sam ran a 193.8 in his Arrington forged 6.4L with Magnuson blower.

Karl ran a 200.9 on his street tuned Kenne Bell 4.2L 6.4L custom motor at 18psi. That's the record for a modern Hemi. Magazine photogs have been following us around all weekend and he got the cover and full spread in Modern Muscle. Should be interesting.

Sorry I didn't get to meet you in person BadgeBunny...Maybe in October when I come back. Man, I LOVE TX! Met a very friendly 5'11 blonde at dinner Thursday night. May have a new travel buddy for these events hahaha.

I don't know what it is about TX, but it certainly agrees with me haha.

Thats awesome! I'm glad you guys met their goals! Thats awesome about your friends Hemi. Those magazine guys are always so nice. There were alot of them at TX2K12 the weekend before for the GTR guys.

Glad you enjoyed TX. We do have some pretty ladys here and the weather was great this weekend! 80s and sunny! Have they put out the date for the one in Oct?
