Just to throw our cars in...
'93 Saturn SW2, 243,000 miles before it died...A/C recharged once, regular scheduled maintenance...never found out why it died. '89 GMC Safari SLT, 293,000 miles when sold...A/C repaired once, transmission replaced at 260,000 miles...still running with over 300,000 miles today.
