Why is this thread dead?

Made Skinny taste Sheppards Pie last night - SO GOOD. Babying a pissed off knee so I did 40 mionutes of Gilad and 20 mins interval training.

Went to the Nike store and bought some new workout clothes since I have been doing so well with my workouts. Feeling pretty proud!

How is everyone else doing?

Chest/Biceps

Incline dumb bell press - 85 9/8/8
Flat dumb bell press - 80 8/8/8
Flat dumb bell fly - 50 9/8/8
Life Force chest press (burn out) - 160/145/130 12/12/12

Standing dumb bell curl - 50 8/7/6
Dumb bell preacher hammer curl - 40 9/8/8
Cable curl - 150/130/120 12/10/10

Meals today

6am Protein shake

7-8:30 gym

9am - Protein shake

12pm - 6oz flank steak / 2 cups green beans / 1 cup brown rice

3pm - carbmaster yogurt / apple / 1/4 cup almonds

6pm - protein shake / 1tbsp natural peanut butter

7:30pm - 6oz turkey meat loaf / 2 cups green peas / spinach salad

Here's what the grill looked like preparing my meals for the week. Lots of steak and chicken.

HOLY CRAP THAT IS ALOT OF MEAT!!! Thats insane!! No way I could eat all that in a week hahaha.

I have left over low fat sheppards pie for lunch. I am pretty stoked about that.

Anyways I only have one pic cause my sister wanted to see my capris so my face isn't in it HAHAH, just ignore the mess.

Seen alot of change in my stomach and in my back/love handles. Now I just have to tackle those pesky inner thighs.

Thanks! I'm hoping to have them in a little better shape by bikini time, 9 weeks. And I want to fit in my daisy dukes again.

OOOOOH, I forgot you were in TX! I've been coming there twice a year to help pit crew on my buddy's Challenger at the TX MILE event. I'll be there the 23rd for that event. Gonna shoot for 200MPH.

Every time I've been it seems TX is teeming with beautiful women. Cool personalities too for the ones I've hung out with while there.

I keep teasing my buddy I'm gonna move there LOL

Oooh Texas Mile is a cool event! I usually only get to go on the Sundays though. Texas has some pretty neat ladies down here. I like living here, just hate the heat. My favorite state is Florida, we have a condo there. And I'm so ready to be on the beach under an umbrella for seven days straight. Will be so niceee!

Hi all, I've been lurking in the backround. Keeping an eye on everyones progress and everyone is doing great. Keep it up everyone!! I'm just starting another cutting cycle after a 10lb bulking. Lifts were doing real good with the extra carbs. All in all I feel great.
