That what my hubby says. He has been doing real well with his workouts and eating habits, and my ass is all over the place with what I eat. He just says I will need to crack down really hard on myself. I'm a HUGE carb eater so I'm over indulging now because afterwards I'll be eating leaves.

The carbs I take in these days come from the veggies. I'm doing a ketogenic diet in which the body converts fat cells into glucose, rather than running on carbs. I shoot for about 20 grams of carbs per day. Sounds crazy, but it's pretty interesting stuff. I can send you info if you want.
