Great pictures sugar'n'spice! Sorry to hear about the turbulence if you are really afraid of flying and in need of assistance Feel free to contact. Can steer you in the right direction of some great Fear of Flying programs.

Sorry it was scary for you. My grandpa came to see us when I was little and took his first and only plane ride. He said somebody put "rocks on the road".

Thank you, but in light...I still fly every year...again Although, I was on Gravol only...still...the fear takes over. I usually take Ativan ( like a Valium ) but not worth the 3 days of zombie like affects coming out of it since we're there only a week. Used to be for 2 weeks with the kids...

Love the sand Camaro!

So, respectfully, if I may ask... what was the bad experience with flying?

Don't those people know they ain't suppose to inhale it? But if they're dumb enough to do something like a cinnamon challenge.....

Even very small amounts used in every day cooking can upset my stomach, so I can't imagine doing a teaspoon, tablespoon, or (omg) a ladle?!?!

GREAT day at work today! Mostly caught up! The boss came and took us to lunch - he observed for a while before lunch, and as we parted ways after lunch, he said we're doing a great job! Made my day....

Hmmm- yeah, I guess that can be kind of scary. Just try to look at it the way I do: People pay a lot of money to go to places like Disney Land or Six Flags and ride rollercoasters to get that sensation for only a few seconds. I say WHEEE! And try to enjoy the ride. Airlines have cut back so much these days, I have to feel like I'm getting something for my money! But as everyone will tell you; flying is safer than driving. I've been in way more car accidents than plane crashes.
