It is not like they harmed anyone. When I was a kid I did stupid stuff all the time. The cops just looked the other way becasue no one was getting hurt or destorying stuff. We were also not drinking or doing drugs.

I think it was more a "well thats really funny and creative BUT if we dont do something it will seem like its OK" sort of thing. Then who knows what kids will do.

It did cost a few hundred dollars in barrels I am sure but whatever, nothing major.
