Almost everything in the Phoenix area is new. The economy is good and there is lots of things to do. There are several different climates if you don't feel like 110 in the summer.

Sedona, Flagstaff and Lake Havasu are the places to see outside the Phoenix area. Of course you have the Mogollon Rim, The Canyon Lakes, Grand Canyon, Colorado River, Hover Dam and Meteor Crater
