No worries bud. When you didn't reply to what we posted I figured you'd went to bed. I used to be like you and thought that the Maggie and Whipple were both roots style until I did some more research. I liked a lot of the characteristics of the twin screw better.

, yeah, I've always heard 'twin screw' & 'roots' but thought they were just different names for the same style of blower. Thought maybe someday I'd get a Maggie, but looks like now if I do SC in the future, it'll be a whipple. After reading the PDF, looks like the twin screw style is better.
