Yep, it is indeed a DLC costume, but I don't see it the same as being plain X.

In Tatsunoko vs Capcom, you get g@y Megaman Volnutt, but not bad-a$$ X so that's not the same either :(

This pretty much sums up why I don't like X:

First he sounds like a girl, second he does nothing but complain like someone out of a Twilight movie. Seems like Zero could get X off the phone fast enough.

LOL!!! Yeah, his voice was kinda weak in X4, but over the next few games his voice changed a bunch.
