I can attest to that even though I didn't grow up in coal country. I was born there, but was lucky enough to move away at a young age. Don't get me wrong, I love many things about WV, but it's a better place to be from than to live.

HAHAHAHA!! That is me when I am home with my family. When I talk fast I get talking in coalspeak. I work really hard at my speach and accent so I sound somewhat normal in MD..

My wife needs subtitles when she talks. She has a very strong country accent and sometimes you have to tell her to slow down so you can understand her
