I'm not saying that any one person is at fault, but it's not a coincidence that the lounge has gone downhill over the past 8 months. You notice how I took long breaks from the lounge last year and how Brandon is rarely around? There are also a couple of other old regulars that don't post nearly as much as they used to. The lounge has gone to shit compared to what it once was, and I, like quite a few others are sick of the drama around here. It's completely taken the fun out of the lounge and it's caused the mods to have to do far too much policing of this thread. This has always been a family orientated site and the mods have done well to keep it clean. People think that just because this is the lounge they can come here and say whatever they want despite the rules. They assume it will not be seen and that they can get away with it and that's helping to destroy what the lounge is all about. To be perfectly honest I'm shocked the lounge hasn't been closed down permanently by now. It would've exhausted my patience by now if I were a mod and had to deal with it.

Amen!! This is exactly why I'm not on here as much. I used to get on way more at home an now I don't cause it's not the same. The behaviors in here is inexcusable!! There is no excuse for the language and antics that go on in here. The drama makes me want to gouge my eyes out its ridiculous. Everyone with these +1s and crap. Yeah it's alled post whore but it's more than that. The friendship and comradarie of the old lounge is gone, there is no respect for the rules. I agree 1000% with Nick. Could not have said it better.

You can talk about anything. that's why it's the lounge. You just have to understand there are lines you don't cross and the rules still apply! Yes have fun and kid each other just keep it somewhat clean!

I am guilty of being one of the ppl that caused it to get closed down this last time and I'm not going anywhere. I like it in here and I wanna stay. I just need to find out exactly what I need to do to make it pleasant the way it was before. That's just my 0.02.
