Yeah, I know!! He feels he is being supportive still, whether he is conscious or not. He called into the discussion yesterday, and said he freaked out because he didn't think his call would go through. He got fluttered. They were discussing Hamilton.

LOL that's cool. Hamilton is a helluva an athlete that was at the very bottom of the pit due to his own actions and rose back up to the top. i applaud him

Yes!! He just gave me this really weird look!! I think it trips him out that I talk about you all like we have been life long friends and live right down the street. He just said, "Ok, well now you can stop hastling me about it." Oops!!

It's past time that this was said, but I'm coming out with it. If any of you guys that weren't around for the first lounge go back and read through it you will see that we had ZERO drama back in the day. We weren't over the top, causing problems, over sensitive/butthurt and causing unnecessary drama on a weekly basis. We came into the lounge to chill, talk cars and get away from the rest of the site. The mods didn't have to give out constant warnings and infractions and they NEVER had to close down the old lounge due to inappropriate behavior. Like it or not, these are indisputable facts. How many times have they had to close the lounge down in the last few months and clean it up due to over the top antics and conversations?? Twice if my memory serves me well.

I'm not saying that any one person is at fault, but it's not a coincidence that the lounge has gone downhill over the past 8 months. You notice how I took long breaks from the lounge last year and how Brandon is rarely around? There are also a couple of other old regulars that don't post nearly as much as they used to. The lounge has gone to shit compared to what it once was, and I, like quite a few others are sick of the drama around here. It's completely taken the fun out of the lounge and it's caused the mods to have to do far too much policing of this thread. This has always been a family orientated site and the mods have done well to keep it clean. People think that just because this is the lounge they can come here and say whatever they want despite the rules. They assume it will not be seen and that they can get away with it and that's helping to destroy what the lounge is all about. To be perfectly honest I'm shocked the lounge hasn't been closed down permanently by now. It would've exhausted my patience by now if I were a mod and had to deal with it.

That he is. He was at the bottom!! He is evidence that it is possible to come out of that kind of situation and be SOMEBODY. Everyone else is just full of excuses and not willing to work for anything in life.

EXACTLY. They think just because they have an amazing talent at what they do. Something is owed to them. SOOOO NOT TRUE. Just glad he was able to come back and he's even better than before
