It's typical for January. December through March is normally our rainy season with highs 45-55. Surprisingly enough we've only had 3 days of rain since December, but it's finally moving in next week. We need it bad because they'll ration water usage and we have high potentials for fires out here due to having little to no rain 8 months out of the year. Lake Tahoe is only at 18% of its annual snowfall so far, and this time last year they were already at 200% of their typical snowfall amounts.

seems like the weather is crazy everywhere, like here it is 17 right now, but I looked at the 7 day forecast and it shows 50 for next weekend and still no snow, if we get through January with no snow, that is going to be the 1st time ever, the wind chill right now is 6 and going to well below 0 tonight, the extreme cold is here but will be gone soon, lol
