my Big Block IROC gets very low gas mileage, must make lots of noise when I drive it

Well I can't find, but It just sat in the garage and it wasn't financially smart to just keep it. Plus grandma moved in with us and it didn't seat all of us. So my dad said it's best to just sell it and get something practical.
