well I started out in august by doing Insanity workout.. but I had to have a month break because we had a month long triaining exercise from october to november.. so i missed out but i finished it New years eve.. went from 197 to 178 =]

well i got high hopes.. i probably would lose more weight if i had a better diet during this.. but between the multi vitamins and Shakeology with the way my work schedule is.. there isnt much i can take time and cook
