Likeaboss. I've been swimming, lately it's been an hour nonstop. It's easy to do since I have a waterproof ipod case and headphones. Put on a playlist, and just swim.

This. Main reason I've been swimming. My backs feeling a lot better. On the plus side, swimmings toned up the body as well

I haven't drank since that night, still slightly recovering I was HAMMERED.
