Hyper link change

How do you change a hyper link to display as a comment but still takes the user to the link intended? Cahnge this...

There are 2 ways to do it.

First, insert the link like normal. Then just edit the blue underlined text in the post to whatever you'd like it to say.

Or

you can write out your post then highlight the words that you want linked and click the hyperlink button and insert the link that way.
