Nope the goals were good and I am excited with what he has planned for my career growth. He doesn't know about the raise yet. :(


He said I was too nice and need to "push-back" a little more. He also give me a hard time about my not putting enough time into my eval. I said gezzzzz, I was busy.

He said need to learn how to push back but be professional and it will go a long way in my career. He is right it was just hard to hear.

Well, that does make sense. Those are the ppl that usually run the joints, the hard assed ones. I always wondered how they got there because ppl don't seem to like my comments. I don't make ppl feel like they are 5 like they do, so I never understood.

Well, push a bit and see what happens, and add a bit more here and there until you find the spot. Yeah, criticism is never a nice situation.

It's hard for some people to be assertive and hard nosed while it just comes natural to others. I'm 35 and I still find myself being too much of a pushover at times.

Yep, it is something to work on. He is like don't be an ass when you do it find the professional way to talk to someone without letting them walk all over you. Get in an argument with your co-workers. Learn from your mistakes. He is a really nice guy but I feel like I was kicked in the b........boobies (becuase I don't have balls)

I also got docket for attendance. When I come to work everyday. I only missed 3 hours when I got kicked out of my house and I am only like 2-3 late one day each month.
