Mustang Marketing-Power will get to ground

This is a video that Adam Corrolla put up when he was at this years LA Autoshow at the beginning he talks to a lady that is Mustangs marketing manager about the new Boss 302, and the new 2013 Shelby GT500. She says that the power will be able to be put to the ground.

I'm with most everybody on this board 100%- I will believe the Shelby can put the power down when I see it. At 650hp that is going to prove very very difficult even with launch control.

That haven't figured it out in 5 yrs or so.... not happening now either... I guess they're gonna offer drag slicks?!...

No slicks. There'll be an optional "angled spikes" that when the launch control is activated, the angled spikes will protrude and dig into the soft tarmac to aid "hooking up" and they will retrack when the driver shifts to 3rd gear. This option apparently adds only 10 pounds as opposed to hundreds if IRS is used. The spikes are made of space-age material (hush hush compound).

that's a rather naive statement. Why not say "they haven't figured out in the last 5 years how to put 650HP in a stock car so not happening now either".
