She has another friend, Julie, who she introduced me to a couple years ago and we all became like the three musketeers. Julie started dating this guy who was kind of a jerk, very obsessive and controlling and manipulative, liked to emotionally abuse her. She got fed up one night and she and Christa came to my house to get away and vent. I told her I was worried about how he treats her and if they don't get it figured out fast then they'd never work out-- it was scary to have those kind of problems early on and he was acting crazy.

Well she didn't tell me but apparently what I said pissed her off. Julie continued to contact me asking me for rides, money or for my pain medication, up until two months ago. All of my friends' families were going to the pumpkin patch and I asked Christa if I could go too, because I'd never been. She told me that wasn't a good idea because Julie was mad at me, then Christa told me the BS reason why. I immediately texted Julie and apologized and told her if I'd hurt or upset her she needed to tell me. She won't respond.

Christa says we are both her friends and she is not picking sides, but since this all came down, Christa doesn't invite me to do things anymore. Julie is with her all the time, and Christa has been having football parties, thanksgiving get-togethers, all of that stuff-- and not inviting me. I took Christa to a private Junior League event last week and bought her $200 worth of clothes because she is broke, and haven't hardly heard from her since. I told her Saturday I wanted to come to the Thanksgiving party so I could see all of our friends and get to have a Thanksgiving, and I felt like I'm being punished by her and like she has chosen sides. Christa said she wasn't getting into it with me and to have a nice night. She was out running around with Julie and our friend Kelly after their big Thanksgiving bash which I wasn't invited to.

What do you guys think? Do I write her off? I'm so hurt. It seems to me like she has chosen sides.

I always say. Toss out the bitches, there is more bitches in the world for you to be friends with.

What makes me mad is how much I've done for both of these women, and their children. I've bought them things, taken them on holidays, brought them to my parents' house to swim in their pool, thrown parties for them. I've given them designer clothes, Coach and Louis Vuitton bags, money, food. And my parents have, too. And I feel SO USED. I HATE IT.

That's the best thing to do!! Live as far away as possible!! In a year or 2 my hubby will be ecstatic to be back in Texas. It will be new for me. It's not to far and it's not too close either. Like they can't just DROP in on you.

I don't blame you for being mad. You were being a great friend to them, and their expenses didn't bother you because you were helping them out. You are a very sweet person (from what I know thus far) and it's a horrible thing that ppl like them take advantage of you. Sometimes it's stuff like that to turn someone so sweet into a bitch (not saying you are one or anything). You and your family did a lot for them and this is how they repay you?? Yeah, you definitely need to ride them off. This is why I really don't have girl friends, they are too much drama and will turn their backs on you in an instant. Guys are much better. Stick to your guys!!

I know the feeling girl. My bestfriend (thinking of dropping her), the one that doesn't like the fact that I am dating G. Well I gave her $500 for her wedding and paid for the bachlorette party. Then she has the nerve to get mad at me and call G and I cheap because they paid for lunch and thought that I should have because I invited them out for lunch.

This is the same girl that called me a gold-digger and said I was with G for his money. :( Stupid girl!!!!!!
