Usually within a week. I have noticed that he's been taking a bit longer. I think he just moved from Seattle to San fran, so he's been pretty busy i'm sure. Send him another email. I've had to email him again and he responded pretty quick. He said he thought he already replied back to me.

Only 2LTs 2010-11. 12s come standard I think
