Yes c_c it is.

Here's my highlights of 3LT:

HUD

Power telescoping steering wheel. Only way to get 100% comfy. No telescoping on lesser equipped cars.

Bose sound - still not spectacular

2008's - 3LT includes steering wheel radio controls, 1LT and 2LT do not

2009 - steering wheel controls standard all models
