I've noticed the poor grammar and spelling too. It happens on all online forums, not just here. I'd like to think people are just lazy when they type their posts. I really wonder about some people though sometimes.
On a different note, English is now the second language in many parts of the country. This could explain some of the poor English we see.

that and the fact that most kids nowadays have cell phones (which i think is ridiculous), and the vast majority of them use shorthand text messaging as a primary means of "communication".
