Considering I was back running 6 days after getting plowed into by a car with a plate holding a forearm compound fracture I thinking I'd be fine.

Bingo, I was out in New Mexico all week. Passed by White Sands several times, that photo is from Aguirre Springs specifically on the range side.

take the PAST test

2x 25 underwaters
500m freestyle in under 10 mins
1.5 mile run sub 9 (which should be easy for you)
min of 10 pullups in a min
100 pushups in 2 mins
100 situps in 2 mins


write down your results and we will see if you can get in

I have to build up to running. Like I just can't go out and do it. I have to run for like 2 minutes then walk and repeat and then 3 minutes at a time the next time i go. And its hard when Skip has cold induced asthema.
