Sonic has a turbo option. Who knows what kind of power you can get out of it with a new tune and more boost. I'd check out the sonic forums to see what they are up to. Also, I think the ford fiesta and Honda fit are more in line with comparisons. Of course the cooper is head and shoulders above all 3 of those.

I know, but like I said, the potential in raising the boost and getting a tune could make the little sonic pretty badass. Again, I haven't done any research, but I don't think it's quite that easy with a supercharged cooper. Or just replace the smaller turbo with a bigger one. Lol

This thing is going to be a rocket. Just saying. I'm seriously thinking about trading my SS in for a fully loaded turbo, to save for my next car.

I was seeing an estimate of 0 to 60 in 7.5 seconds. Not bad for a car that can be had under 17k.

Not a bad idea. Maybe trade my v6 in. Keep my nitrous for the sonic, and save up for a zl1...hmmm. I may be visiting a dealer in the next few weeks...
