I'm gonna have to root for LSU this weekend. If OU get's back in the race for the NCG I'd much rather play LSU that Bama.

I think LSU is a more stacked all around Team however going to play in a Enviroment like Alabama during primetime will be a big thing LSU has to overcome.

Richardson thats the main firepower for Bama to run down LSU's throat. And as we all know he can do most likely do so if no one contains him.
Listening to ESPN radio Les Miles said we gotta man up on him with a fresh set of legs everytime he gets the ball.

If thats the case Alabama better take advantage of the passing game and hit multiple targets.

This Game wont be won huge on the offensive side this has got to be a Defensive ball game.

I have only watched bama play 1 time and that was against ARKANSAS. They could be awsome I dont know so im not going to say much on what I dont know. I have seen miltiple LSU games and imo they are very much a team that has been seasoned all around for a few years now.

Should be a good Game.

Alabama teams of starters is mostly made up of Juniors and Seniors....LSU is Sophomores and Juniors ( Which is scary to think about in the future)

Honestly I think this game will come down to who makes a mistake that can't be overcome late in the game.

LSU offense is average. They score a lot of points on defense. If the turnovers aren't there I think LSU is just another good team.

Simple as that.

I agree about LSU's offense..........and the fact that Alabamas defense is more seasoned. If AJ McCarron can limit the turnovers like he did in Florida, Penn State and Arkansas other high profile games at the time then we should be fine.

LSU's defense has not faced a balanced teams like Alabama's offense. Oregon was flash and still scored 20 something....WV scored alot and threw for over 400 yds. But we will see.

Alabama does not have A LOT of turnovers because they have really needed them but the turnovers they have gotten have been detremental to the opponent. Alot of receivers have come across the middle and paid the price this year and teh reason there is alot of dropped balls.....Sure they have been a few plays made and that is to be expected but the are few are far between.

I do not think LSU will run on Bama's defense...I may be proven wrong but I just don't see it......

Alabama was EMBARRASSED last year against Auburn, and I mean EMBARRASSED...a 24 point lead that should have been 42 at half and they lost their edge and Auburn came back........EVER since them the number 28-27 have been posted EVERYWHERE in the Athletic Facility and the words NEVER AGAIN under them.....

If Alabama gets a lead, a 2 TD lead it will be over for LSU. HOPEFULLY they get the 2 TD lead early and build upon it the whole game.

Only way is for the winner to lose afterward. Won't happen though, their toughest part of their schedule was out of conference and that's done. Best thing the SEC has to offer after Bama and LSU is Arkansas.

What intriques me the most about this LSU - 'bama game is that Saban used to coach LSU and won the national championship there, and Miles was one of his assistant coaches. These 2 guys know each other so well, it's just ridiculous! That has to play into this game in so many ways!

Nick Saban was the head coach at LSU from November 1999 until the end of the 2004 season. Les Miles was hired as the head coach of the LSU Tigers on January 2, 2005. Before LSU, Miles was the head coach at Oklahoma State.

Neither coach have ever worked together either with or under the other.
