I hear ya. I'm conflicted about the student loan forgiveness proposition. On one hand, it would vastly improve the quality of my life and I could sleep better at night. On the other...this is money that I borrowed and agreed to pay back. It goes against my sense of personal responsibility, but I WOULD be able to buy a house, car, etc and stimulate the economy further. Tough one.

Yeah, I understand the whole contract thing. but big businesses get bailed out all the time. I think it's time for the little people.

And school loans, that's a little different. Perhaps those shouldn't be wiped out. I mean, teachers/professors need to get paid. lol it's the credit card companies and home loaners/banks that screw people over.

School loans are in the same category as home loans. I'm not paying back my school til my mid-40's, I'm paying back high interest loans from the federal govt and private banks.
