chp can't touch you unless you are speeding or doing something dumb and illegal. if your car is registered somewhere else, they can't get you for you mods just to get you for your mods, like the local folks.

Yes but have you ever read a traffic enforcement manual? If you want to mess with someone you only need to follow them a couple miles before you find something to pull them over for. CHP likes proving points.

not sure what you mean. i used to live in cali. i never had a problem with my modified cars. i've had full exhausts, limo tinted windows, etc. just sit back, set your cruise. and make sure you come to complete stops. lol

There were a lot of horror stories from the residents at C5fest II about CHP. Although most of the groups running in convoy weren't exactly obeying the speed limits.
