Was just thinking, there are a LOT of Mustangs in my little town as well.
I'd bet several dollars that a majority of them are going to be wishing they
waited for the new Camaro, when they start showing up on the roads.

What are your stories?

I saw a Challenger at the car wash the other day, sweet ride. I don't pay much attention to Mustangs or ricers. When you get older you don't feel like you have prove your ability to kick ass, you just know you can. When I was in my twenties I had a LS6 Chevelle, a couple of times I had to blow off some 5.0 Mustangs that were pestering me. Don't think I would do that now. Hey Danielle, I will look for you cruising on the streets of northern Colorado, take care.

Ok, I figured I'd get flamed for my post. I suppose I really shouldn't expect anything less from a car forum filled with a bunch of guys *grunt*. (And that's not meant to be an insult, just that, let's face it, there's a LOT of testosterone floating around here... not necessarily a bad thing) I'm not gonna pretend I didn't think Danielle was cute too, but I will say our society as a whole is over-obsessed with sex, and it's just annoying sometimes. But then, I also work with a bunch of cops, who as most people know, aren't always the, umm, cleanest individuals... And no, I don't think we need Danielle's parents around or anything (nice smart-ass comment there), but the point I was making was just to those fathers who have daughters. I'm sure there are limits as to what you'd like guys saying to your own girls, that's all.

But then, I'm not really the flirty type either.

thinking if only I had my Camaro right now.
I was pulled up behind a Mustang two nights ago at a red light on my way home and he was just sitting there reving his motor like he was some b@d @$$ (my 280 HP Stang is rocking) when the light went green he floored it, so naturally I did too in my 240HP V6 FJ LOL... thinking the whole time if this were my Camaro... I'd be spitting you out my exhaust about now... (like the old Firebird commercials)

I agree there's a limit, I just don't think we were over the line. We think she's pretty and she seems to be comfortable with our compliments. Crass, sexual comments are completely out of the question and I'll hammer the first idiot that trys it ("don't even think about it, buddy" face).

no, I do read, thank you. I'm not as stupid as you presume me to be. I was simply clearing up any misunderstandings about what I said based on your reply to it. But hey, that's cool if you wanna bash me for how I believe. I don't expect to make many friends by standing up for my beliefs. But if this is how someone gets treated here, then I suppose anyone who bashes the Camaro community has a very strong leg to stand on!
