So you're getting a break from this interminable heat, Pro? Good for you; I'm so with you. It's only supposed to hit 91 today in Vegas, 15 degrees cooler than yesterday. We might even get some rain today. Hallelujia! I'm so tired of 106 and severe clear.

nope....I still think we're a "hot & happening" age group...
so, I'm gonna go with:

I think age is definitely mind over matter...if ya don't mind, then it doesn't matter! That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!

Definitely wishing everyone a safe and relaxing Labor Day Holiday. Our temps dropped into the hi 50s last night...PTL!! Since my Camaro is sitting in Oshawa waiting for a south bound train, I think I'm gonna show some love to my lil red volvo and give her a nice, long spa treatment today...wash, detail clean the wheels and interior. We waxed her back in the fall,[and Lord knows, there's been NO rain!] so that still should be good, but if it's not, guess I'll wax her up as well!

Look forward to chatting with everyone!

Usually, if I've got makeup on, I'll get carded. Sat in the bar of a restaurant last weekend, the 2 gals I was with got carded, and I didn't. Guess it's official now, huh? Old Fart status, that is....

Yup . Getting this far has taught me to be appreciative of everything; when I think of the people I knew growing up who didn't make it this far, I ain't gonna complain. Life is a gift.
