I was a fast swimmer... LOL

obviously almost 9 years since my SAR days... gees.. doesn't seem that long...

I was pretty quick at one time... but nothing special. we had some guys who were nationally ranked before they joined the Navy... that's a whole different kinda fast in the water.

Now, I don't swim anything less than 1000 meters... depending on how I feel can take about 40+ min. I'm really getting motivated to try a sprint triathlon... need to get more bike miles in... but should be cool to do one.

dude i dont think ppl realize how hard it is to do that and be quick at the same time.......not giving up is the hardest part but it also motivates you to keep going at the same time
