Florida. It never snows here except sometimes in Northern Florida. But Central or South Florida? Never a flake of snow. And we don't have 110+ degrees most of the time.

I was going to say Colorado. . .

But, my car and I like the snow

There aren't too many places more beautiful than Colorado, and being from Michigan originally, CO has some of the sunniest, nicest winters. If you weren't worried about emissions I'd say get your ass to Cali, but they're real strict about emissions. I'd check out Texas or maybe Georgia. . . Look into the Carolinas and Louisiana. Really Hawaii sounds perfect for you, but it's not easy for most people to get up and move to Hawaii.

Yeah, but it's always raining over here. And we may not have a heat index of 110+ lol But we have 90 degree temps all the time with the humidity at 95 to 100% which makes it DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol The only times of the year where it's perfect all around here is October, and March into early April! it's beautiful! after that you get Hurricanes Tropical storms lol HEAT!!!!!+ HUMIDITY!!!!!!!!! + FLESH EATING BUGS!!!!!!!!! LOTS OF THEM!!!!!!! lol

and lets not forget the Love Bugs! > NOT GOOD FOR THE CAMARO!!!! lol

Our "snow" in North Florida is only flakes in the air. Once every 15 or so years it will actually fall to the ground and look like a lot of dandruff. Hell, I've only seen snow flakes twice in my lifetime lol.

North Florida sucks unless you love bi-polar weather. With that said, I love it here

That's the problem with a "best place to live"; if it's true then everybody wants to live there and by moving there, ruin the very thing they moved there for.
Very true.

In that case, Texas sucks. DO NOT come here. I can't wait until i can leave this dump.

I posted this awhile back but this subject keeps coming up so I'm posting it again - now.....PAY ATTENTION!

STOP! Do not come to Texas.!

Texas is full, there are no vacancies.

If you do come you better give some thought to such things as:scorpions, rattlesnakes, fire ants, cockroaches on steroids, killer bees, mosquitoes, ticks, chiggers, tarantulas, brown recluse spiders, love bugs, swarming crickets, copperheads, cottonmouths, rabid skunks, wild hogs, alligators, oppressive heat & humidity, bleak desolate scenery, dirty beaches, polluted air, dust storms, drought, wildfires, water shortages, recurring floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, rednecks, huge piles of flaming mulch, spontaneously combusting playgrounds, roads hot as flowing lava, the stench of natural and unnatural gasses, amoebic meningitis lurking in area lakes, recurring ebola virus outbreaks, flesh eating bacteria, staggering homeowner insurance rates, unbelievably high property taxes, mandatory death sentences for DUI convictions.

In addition to the above did ya know:
  • There are 5,000 types of snakes and 4,998 of them live in Texas.
  • There are 10,000 types of spiders. All 10,000 of them live in Texas, plus a couple no one's seen before.
  • If it grows, it'll stick ya. If it crawls, it'll bite cha.
Some folks say Texan's have an attitude towards "northerns", aka Yankees , might be true and (probably goes back to the "Carpet Baggers"). A while back the Austin newspaper conducted a survey to determine what the most popular bumper sticker was,

results:
#1"Welcome to Austin now go home"
#2 "If you love New York then get your ass out of Texas".

We also have our own language here but that's whole n'other post.

So I'll close and leave ya with our state motto:

"Don't Mess with Texas."
