The last time I worked out was last Wednesday, so instead of taking a nap decided to man up and go workout. My cardio's already improving by a lot since I quit smoking. Now, I'm really hungry.

FYI. Many people who quit smoking gain ALOT of weight, so just be aware of this. Don't replace cigarettes with food. Your appetite will very likely go through the roof. You will now burn about 200 calories a day less since you quit smoking as well, although working out will certainly offset that. I wish you good luck. It's a hard thing to do, but nothing worth doing is easy.

I know, I'm hungry all the time now!!! I try to eat small rations, like snacks but around 5 times a day, and every now and then something really small in between like a granola bar or so. It's pretty hard, but its definitely gonna be worth it money wise and in the long run. I used to spend over 200 $ a month on just cigarettes

Agreed.

I'm so glad that you're quitting. I would hate for that addiction to turn deadly on you. You'll feel so much better in the long run. The money doesn't matter as much as your health.

The money matters more now, that's and extra 200 a month I can spend on booze and partying!! But seriously, I just took out a little box of strawberries and am still super hungry. I really do think its time for me to start working out even more. I apparently already have pre-asthma from smoking, so I think I quit just in time.

I used to have asthma. I grew out of it as I got older. It's nothing to play with. I almost died from it when I was in 6th grade.

Beck, I have my own gym in my basement, you should go to college close by here, then you could stay here and would have huge parties all the time
