Yup! That one was way better. I posted WAY more pics in that one than the last one, some guys made some really dirty comments to some of us girls asking for dirtier pics, and that ended that.

my personal feelings towards that thread are simple. I can't look at it at work and I can't look at it at home with my wife sitting next to me. so it being gone doesnt bother me one bit.

the biggest thing with that thread is how easily it got out of hand on a daily basis. most of you never saw the obscene comments or a lot of the other stuff that gets removed by us. so all you see is us shutting down the thread and members bitching about it wanting an explanation. there was a reason I posted in there about informing the ladies to report PM's and VM's to us.

its easy to get carried away with threads like that and continue to push the line further and further. one person posts this and you think "well, if he/she can post that, I can post this"

then it goes back and forth with everyone quoting and "one-upping" everybody (which makes for more posts to go thru and remove) until we finally realize that we've spent 3 hours trying to clean up a handful of pages.

that wasnt the first "ladies" thread to get shut down either. We've had 2 or 3 over the years and they all end up being taken too far. that being said, we may open up this one, or we may just start a new one later on once things have settled down. for now, its closed.
i can understand and appreciate that.

And the same happened with the last thread, I mean its nice to get compliments and to have fun with the girls but its the few that take it too far that really ruin it.

that and I'm not a car show kinda guy anyway.
Honestly, I've done everything I can to the v6 that doesn't include turbo/SC, or is custom...when it comes to modding under the hood. I still have quite a few suspension parts I could be doing, but i'm not into road courses, as much as i am with the drag strip. So i'll get a few more parts to help torque and grip the road.

I almost wish I had a v6 to tinker with.... I need to call Blade and borrow his car.

yeah she said when they where looking at them she always picked the ZR1, but Randy always said no.

I am a Corvette guy at heart but am too big (6'5", 280lbs) to fit in one comfortable.

Bonnie will thoroughly enjoy it.
