back on track. i was talkin to a friend in class about if he should get an avalanche or tundra. he said the only thing that was stopping him from getting the avalanche was gm going under. i assured him that the gov't wouldnt let that happen and pointed out that toyota wasnt in much better shape. some "boring a-b car driver" turns around and starts raving about toyota, i just told my friend to ignore him because this is the same kid that said the engine wasnt included in the powertrain warranty by gm.
it could be for the right price. haha. the name is kenny.

Speaking of Toyota not being in good financial shape, last I heard they were down to $18.2B in cash, not much better than Ford. Guess that Texas truck plant right when truck sales were tanking wasn't such a good idea.

I thought toyota was able to predict the future and figure out when trucks would sell well.

As far as I am concerned toyota and the rest of japan can rot in hell.

The Toyota dealer in my area bought back over 300 rusty Tacos and it was never on the news, amazing, if it had been GM we would still be hearing it everyday.

Well, it doesn't really matter if they could predict sales...I mean, when you build a turdra, its still just a turd...no sale. BTW, whatever happened to the "other" fullsize from the rising sun? Is that nissan out of production yet? What a joke.

You know what I think is funnier than hell? Those stupid ****ing "Born in Texas, Built by Texans" stickers that you see on every new Turdra. The fact that they automatically attempt to justify it is saddening.

As far as the monstrosity known as "Titan" is concerned, I remember reading in one of the car magazines, maybe AutoWeek that there is a joint venture in the works to have Dodge build the Titan as a re-badged Ram. I can't/don't want to look for the article though.
