Nope, I do this 4 days a week and then the gym to lift for an hour afterwords. Usually my distance pace is between 7:30-8:00 minute pace, so I'm out there about 75 to 85 minutes roughly.

That's some great shape you're are in, I overheat after 4 miles of walking. I did quit smoking in October of last year though and I feel much healthier.

I get up at 3:45am on dayshifts

.... but I wish I could say it was to run haha. Im waaaay too lazy for that, hence why I prefer nightshifts... 3:45 PM aint that bad of a wake up!
