Here in Charlotte, I could go on and on about the horrible drivers, but one of the moves that still amazes me is the U-turn on red. You have a driver in a left-turn lane with a red light/arrow and he will make a U-turn against the light. I don't know if he thinks the red light is just a suggestion, but I have had a couple of close calls because the person making the illegal move, does not take into account where legally moving traffic with the right of way may be coming from.
