can i be honest.......of course i can, this is the internet.........anyways i think the old challenger is an ugly car. Its too long and flat. Looks like it was put into a crusher that pushed the top down.

*gasp* You take that back! The old one is beautiful! Sure it's no 68 Charger but it's still a very pretty car!

1968-1970 Charger is still one of my favorite bodystyles ever.

^Indeed it is. Me and bro have promised that if we have the money when my dad turns 60 in nice years we're both going to get together and buy a 68 Charger R/T for dad. He loves that car and we can think of nothing nicer to give him.

I finally got to do look at and drive a challenger today. I like it, its a muscle car. I sit here and read all the posts, this car 60fts in 4.this, well that car does it in 5.that, this car handles so much better that blah, this car 1/4 miles in 13.X compared to XX.X. Blah blah blah, numbers mean that much to you guys? Is it all about numbers or is it about the experience, the drive? Now I do realize that alot of you soon to be camaro owners really dont have anything better to do other than sit around and armchair quarterback, I just hope you dont get too caught up in this nonimportant numbers game. Unless your Michael Schumacher or John Force I dont think its gonna matter that much but alas, some have a reputation to uphold. Lol.

while some are that way, i have driven an srt8 and i have to say i prefer the brake feel and steering response of my 2005 Colorado zq8. Top gear had it right when they said the steering felt wooden

I heard Dodge put a Blue Whale in the wind tunnel and they came up with the Challenger!!

J/K - I actually like the challenger and I am glad to see more muscle on the streets.
