Lunch
1.5c Turkey Chili 380 Total 380

Snack
Med Fruit Cup 60 cal Total 60cal

Dinner
Chicken Pho 450cal
Spring roll (not the fried ones, the vietnamese ones) 80cal Total 530

Total for the day: 1324

I think that may be short for me so I will toss in a glass of milk before bed.

Workout in 1hr... Plyometric Cardio. I'm excited except my abs aren't happy as is. Which is good.

Some fish is just fishy to me. I stick with tuna, tilapia and rockfish.

Hahaha. My parents love Salmon and I'm sick of it. I try to get them to buy tilapia to switch it up a bit but they wont!!

So, got a new dose of motivation today!!! A friend of mine asked me to help her get started in the gym!!! She said she wants to look like ME!! WoW!! That is such a compliment!!! Just by talking with her about exercises, and food, and supplements got me re-energized to refocus on my program which has slacked a little bit the past few weeks! Can't wait to hit the gym tomorrow to help her begin her fitness journey and continue mine!!

Thats great!! I can tell I'm starting to rub off on the people at work alittle. It always helps when you have a buddy to rely on or report to. Good luck!

HUGE storms hit today. We were in the gym and the power went out on almost all the lights. It was kinda cool. I had my earphones in but it was storming like crazy outside...NICE. We needed the rain.

Leg Press....knocked out 6 reps with 14 plates on my 5th set....630lbs

Squat...knocked out 8 reps at 300lbs and one rep at 340lbs on my 5th set.

Most I've ever pushed. Moving on up!

JEALOUS! I love being at my gym when it storms, the whole front is windows.

WOOHOO!! Keep on pushing, records are meant to be broken.


Cardio recovery for me yesterday, which was no cardio but instead just killed my legs with squats and lunges. I think I'll take another other Insanity video over that one. lol.

QUESTION!!!

I tried to call my sister on this and she no answer her phone.

For my food journal... You enter calories consumed-calories burned=net calories.
Then its net calories - BMR = Net Calorie Def.

For my BMR: My BMR is 1447. I times it by 1.55 for activity level so 2242. To loose 1lb I need to eat 1747 calories. Which number do I use for the BMR box in my book? The 1447, the 2242 or the 1747?

Trying to finish filling it out of the week.
