almost there but i now would like to be at 190 by april

Wow! Congrats on the success so far! 190 by April? yes it's possible but you don't want to go there... too much too fast. Do you care more about how much you weigh or how you look/feel? they could be two different things.

for instance, if you are comfortable with everything except a little pudge around the middle then you should just concentrate on correcting that and not what the scale says. jmho.
