yeah... I ran faster than a bunch of modded SS's last weekend, and I had 200hp stock and all I got was a K&N and some added traction weight (my luggage in the trunk)

I have a "particular" person in mind in connection with the "other" side of the family. And he isn't good with his stick.

Gonna see where my headers/cats, throttle bs, torque converter and tune get me and then i will go from there.

Word. I would like to know how that turns out.
I gave him a bunch of advice, his biggest thing is getting out of the hole. he's got the actual launch down well, its just the timing and getting his foot off the brake when he launches is slowing him down a little. there's a video I posted of his last run of the day in the Camaros for Heroes thread and you can watch the green light start to illuminate, you can see the car start to move, then for the next half second, his brake lights are still lit up. just takes practice... or a line lock.

Again word.

Nah, dont like vegatables.
you need to work on your 60 foot and launches. treeing the light is one thing, but you can cut a super low RT but then just bog out of the hole and get a shit time overall.

I will go watch that vid. That is the trouble I have too is holding the rev and then releasing the break. And we hardly get to go to the track during the day so when we do go, Skip drives. This particular person I want to spank will be a "off track" event.
