I hear ya. I got the Weber Smoky Joe for the little quick jobs. Next to it is the big boy smoker. I bbq at least once a week, no joke. Just picked up a 40lbs of Kingsford at Home Depot today for $10!!

I used to use charcoal, but we got a really nice gas one now (hey, it was free too!)..... so much quicker and easier, but the taste just isn't quite the same. We got a new big freezer out in the garage now... more room to store meat  . You better believe that come next fall, there won't be many deer in our woods

I took controls of a gas grill for the first time this past Super Bowl. Never used one before. It really wasn't that bad. Food came out great.
I just kept eyeballing the propane tank. Images of it exploding and me ending up on the 10 news kept playing over and over in my head.
