Break today. Might go to the gym and do some treadmill later, but I just finished another P90x cylce. I'll start another cycle after finals. I plan on swimming more too. Take advantage of our apartment pool.

Thought this was a really good quote:

“I am only one, but still I am one. I cannot do everything, but still I can do something. And because I cannot do everything I will not refuse to do the something that I can do.

Real good inspiration here. Started diet plan a couple of weeks ago and as soon as the snow is gone I'm walking/running every day. Maybe some weight training to, I want to lose 30lbs by summer...so far only 4 lbs but getting there.

Well, I woke up and was still really sore. I don't know if I pulled something? ...It was like...I'd struggle to stand up straight. I'd finally get up straight and could walk around fine. Then, I'd have to bend over and couldn't do it. Finally, I'd stretch down touching my toes and my back would relax....and then I couldn't get back up again. I'm like....sheez...wth??? Well, it finally feels good here at the end of the night (and for the majority of the day after the workout).

Did shoulders today and am back on plan B. Working stablizer muscles at much higher reps. I couldn't believe how much I was doing and at how many reps. Headed back in tomorrow after dropping off the car to paint and am going to work on bi's and tri's.

I like the "Pain is weakness leaving the body," quote. That is one of my favorites
