Man, that LNG tank going off had to be like a small nuke, can't imagine the heat that had to throw off!

I could feel the heat through the TV, saw it go off live last night.

And it was like a nuke, and the size was crazy, the camera guy just kept pulling back on the focus but it was out pacing him.

jeez, yeah I saw some of the footage this morning after it had blown, looked like the buildings around it were just smoldering from the heat. Hope no one got caught in range of that heat!

I live in Santa Fe Springs which is next to Whittier so im about 40 miles from the shore but work in torrance which is i would say less than 15 - 20 miles from the shore. Didnt want to go to work today because of the alert they had but i still came in. Thank god nothing major happened. I heard the tsunami washed away everything in its path 80 miles away from the shore line. Damn if something like that happened here i'd be screwed.

It just got worse

Nuke plant is gonna melt down

They came on to fast to say they were fine last night, which worried me.

Now its well the temps are 1000x higher then normal and pressure is building but it should be ok.

So in id say 10-12 hrs we will have a meltdown and its gonna go BOOM, check the weather maps for fall out drift.

I went to bed early last night, so I didn't find out about this until this morning. All the footage I've seen is pretty much the same, and didn't really show any extended cut of the Tsunami...until I found this clip.

Site may be getting pounded right now
