Question... What would you do in this situation? My boss... is a wee bit inappropriete at work. He got mad the other day and threw a trash can. He makes innappropriete jokes and you dont know if he is kidding. He makes rude comments about big women in the parking lot. And today he got mad at one of the Assist managers and was all shouting M***** F***ER in front of all of us.

Always tough when it comes to harrassment issues.

I would first talk to him privately. Tell him that you are uncomfortable with his behavior. You can't get in trouble for that. Or at least you shouldn't. If it continues, then there should be someone (HR) you can talk to about filing a complaint.

No. You don't. Not unless you train the rambunctiousness out of them first. She's only 4 but she's as calm as a 15 year old dog. Gets easily anxious and is very possessive of people, especially her handler my dad.

However with me being home for now she's also attached to me. Flop on the couch and she runs around and rolls on her back, playing with my arm like a cat does with a cat flingy toy.

Trying to keep her antics to a minimum so as to not break her training.

Oh.. and she cost $4,000.00.
