Sad really. After Norwood closed, it was the last GM assembly plant in Southwestern Ohio...a guy over at GMI was an employee there.

By the way, that article's sorta wrong...the 2010 Equinox/Terrain are replacing the Trailblazer/Envoy, while the Lambdas replaced the TB EXT and Envoy XL.

There was always something in the news about a drug bust happening there. The economy has kept a lot of inventory in the staging yard as I can see when going by the Moraine plant, and Norwood, Camaro

Yup...my dad worked there for a few years building F-bodies up until they closed. Almost transferred to Moraine, but went to Delphi instead.

And you know what's going on with Delphi in Dayton right now. :(

Eh, the TB was showing it's age. I had actually thought it was retired in 2006 until I saw a few newer ones on the road and went WTF. As for the Lambdas, aren't they still slated to replace the Suburban/Tahoe and Yukon/YukonXL?

The GMT900's are GMT900's, the GMT360's replaced the Blazer, Jimmy, Envoy.

That was one hell of a stupid rumor from a while back...

Escalade's slated to go on Lambda though.
